If you are looking for a local gym at affordable prices, look no further. With a free induction and training programme available, Blue Flames offers a healthy pastime in a pleasant, friendly environment.
We have a gym with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Consisting of 40 cardio varscular machines as well as a range of free weights.
Memberships are available for the gym. Please contact us by calling our office on 0191 270 0885 or by visiting our site, where one of our friendly reception staff will be able to give you all the information you need to get started.
Alternatively you could visit the gym on a pay-per-visit basis.
Our prices have scarcely risen since opening 10 years ago. As a not-for-profit organisation, we only have to cover costs so we keep our prices low for members.
