Congratulations to the Blue Flames 2nd IX - winners of the 2009 Northumberland Cricket League Division B2

Cricket is a very popular sport at Blue Flames. A number of local teams including Blue Flames Cricket Club, play their home games here. There is a full size cricket pitch with a good quality batting track. There is also a cricket pavilion with a scoring utility. The facilities are available for hire during the cricket season but due to the high demand for a quality facility, you have to book early.

The new Sports Hall offers an excellent amenity with indoor cricket facilities including cricket nets with 4 lanes.
The Blue Flames Cricket Club now has a junior section and is always interested in attracting new members, with or without cricket experience.

Blue Flames 1st XI play in the Premier Division of the Northumberland League.
