The Belsay Suite - The First Floor setting, with access via stairs with bannister rails, restricts the usage to able bodied people. Unfortunately, to this room, there is currently no disabled access.

The access to the Belsay Suite is through the same controlled entrance as used for the Amble Suite.

The room capacity of 200 people is a great size for Parties, Celebrations, Presentation Nights and Fundraisers. 

The large Bar area and Kitchen facilities are appropriate for the room capacity and toilet facilities are also adjacent.

Tab and Credit Card facilities are available at the Bar.

The window all along the rear wall gives a great panoramic view across the Sports field and beyond.

A good size Dance Floor, with the option of temporary stage installation allows for both Disco and Live entertainment.

With the option of full Conferencing facilities (including Broadand and Wi-Fi), the room can be laid out to meet any format for Business meetings, Seminars and Presentations. 

Fully flexible seating arrangements support requirements for Wedding Receptions, Birthday parties and a variety of Celebration events, including Sportsmens Dinners which are a regular Fundraising activity in the Belsay Suite (set up as 20 x 10 seater tables and full Dinner menu)
